Registration Fees : All conference attendees must register in advance and pay the applicable registration fees. Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Eligibility : The conference is open to healthcare professionals, researchers, students, and individuals with a professional interest in fertility and reproductive health.

Identification : Attendees must carry a valid photo ID for on-site registration and badge pickup.

Payment Methods : Payment can be made online through the conference website using credit cards or other approved payment methods.

Receipts : A payment confirmation and receipt will be issued upon successful registration. Please retain this receipt for your records.

Refund Policy : Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of conference cancellation or under exceptional circumstances determined by the conference organizers.

Substitution : Substitution of registered attendees may be permitted upon request and with prior approval from the conference organizers.

Changes to Program : The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, including session topics, speakers, and schedule, without prior notice.

Speaker Substitution : In case a scheduled speaker is unable to attend, the conference organizers may substitute with another qualified speaker.

Respect : All attendees are expected to treat each other with respect, courtesy, and professionalism throughout the conference.

Harassment : Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Conference organizers reserve the right to take action, including expulsion from the conference, against those found in violation of this policy.

Recording : Attendees are not allowed to record conference sessions, workshops, or presentations without express permission from the conference organizers and the speaker.

Photography : Photography for personal use is generally allowed, but attendees are asked to be respectful and obtain permission from individuals before taking their photos.

Attendees assume full responsibility for their personal belongings and safety during the conference.

The conference organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal property, or for any personal injury that may occur during the conference.

By registering for the conference, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the conference website.

The conference organizers shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or disruption of the conference due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai Jurisdiction.

By registering for the Fertility Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your removal from the conference without refund.
